What a gorgeous and mighty "welcome to Windsor" sign our little hill town was delivered this summer! I was there for the installation, and it was no small task, but done efficiently and with great enthusiasm. On behalf of friends of Windsor and all the good people of this community we thank you for so generously delivering and helping install this sign at no cost. I only wish you could have been there when we unveiled it to a large and very appreciative crowd. You could feel how much it meant, how proud people felt about their little place on the globe. I am writing to you because I wanted to properly thank you for awarding me the Harry A. Walton Memorial Scholarship. I am very humbled to have received this prestigious award, and I know exactly what it will be used for, my college education! I will be attending Endicott College to become an elementary school teacher. My wish is to become a teacher in CBRSD and come back to our community once my college years are over. As a teacher, I know I won't have the highest salary, so this money is truly appreciated in helping me follow my dreams! I will never forget the support I have been shown and will continue to update you on my future endeavors.

A true testament to good ol' fashioned Hometown customer service. LP Adams will not disappoint. As a young laborer I would come here in Porters' old pickup trucks to get lumber And now returning 20 years later as a Customer and homeowner ,they did not let me down. Had someone from LP's come out and measure for a custom sized Andersen slider that I purchased. The door came in on time delivered Free without a hassle and even Got hand carried around back to my porch.

We just want to say that this company is by far, has superior customer service with attention to detail and the customers' needs. They excel with knowledge and are extremely responsive to all questions and are eager to help. They also have delivery which is extremely helpful if you do not own a truck and are prompt, polite, and professional in every aspect. This is not a big box hardware store. But at L.P. Adams they have a wide and extensive "variety" of items that rival the depot type stores. We would recommend, and often do, this store. One special Lady at the Service area is especially, patient, kind and knowledgeble and we look forward to her assistance when we are purchasing supplies.

My hometown lumberyard, that offers many design and estimating for free. They had a sales rep come calculate what I needed and even delivered it to me for free.

Hey, oddly L P Adams seems a little out of the way to a newcomer to the Berkshires. However, they have high quality stuff for all your hardware and remodeling needs. Take the trip to Dalton. It's well worth your effort -- you'll be rewarded. The staff may not always be available but they know how to help you.

I needed a drawing for a deck. John was very friendly and listened to what I needed for the drawing.
