At L.P. Adams Co., Inc. we hope you are completely satisfied with your purchase. It is our top priority to provide quality products and offer outstanding customer service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will be happy to help you with the return of your purchase. Products must be in like-new condition in order to process your return and in-stock products will be subject to a 10% restock fee. Please have your invoice ready with your return to expedite the process.
Special Order Items
L.P. Adams Co., Inc. reserves the right to refuse to accept for return any special order items that are ordered to customer specifications. If L.P. Adams Co., Inc., in its sole discretion accepts for return any special order items it is our policy to charge a 10% restocking fee, together with any other applicable fees charged to us by our suppliers. L.P. Adams Co., Inc. will not reimburse any shipping charges and/or return shipping charges that apply for product(s) returned due to customer regret. Cancellations may also be subject to a restock or cancellation fee.
A credit will not be issued until L.P. Adams Co., Inc. has received a refund from the vendor/manufacturer. In the event that the product is defective, a replacement product or repair service will be charged out until the defective product is returned to L.P. Adams Co., Inc. Products mis-ordered by the L.P. Adams Co., Inc. staff will be credited upon the return/pick up of the product with no handling charges or restock fees. L.P. Adams Co., Inc. does not reimburse for lost time, penalties, labor, repairs, disposal costs or items due to unforeseen circumstances.
L.P. Adams Co., Inc. gift certificates are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash (unless required by law), check or credit.
L.P. Adams Co., Inc. reserves the right to limit or refuse to accept returns at any time for any reason. Sorry, returns are not allowed on the following products: custom tinted paint, pre-cut lumber, products made to exact customer specifications, installed products unless manufacturer defective. Customers with items that have been recalled from the manufacture need to contact the manufacturer for instructions.
